SIMTECH Co., Ltd (the “SIMTECH” or “Company”) regards your Personal Information as important and informs through this privacy policy the usage and method under which the personal information provided by you and which measures are taken for the protection of personal information.

If you join membership, SIMTECH informs you of the details of this Privacy Policy or Standard Users Agreement and, if you click the membership button, you are deemed to have consented on the collection of your personal information.

SIMTECH uses ‘Cookie’ which stores and frequently finds out your information.

[Technical Measures for the Protection of Personal Information]
In treating your personal information, SIMTECH takes the following technical measures in order to secure safety so that your personal information will not be lost, stolen, exposed, altered or damaged.
Your personal information is protected with password, and important data is protected with a separate security function with encryption of file and data to be transmitted or file lock function.
SIMTECH adopts a certification and security equipment which can safely transmit the personal information in network by using cipher algorithm and, if that equipment is not executed, will execute intent confirmation with helper.
In order to prevent any leakage of your personal information due to hacking, SIMTECH uses a device for blockage of invasion from outside and makes 24 hour monitoring of invasion by installing an invasion detection system in each server.
[Opinions Investigation and Complaint Handling]
SIMTECH opens a window where you can raise your opinions and complaints regarding protection of your personal information. Any person who has a complaint regarding personal information protection may make an opinion, and SIMTECH will immediately take action and inform the result thereof to you.

For children under 14, SIMTECH has a policy of non-membership and does not share with a 3rd party any personal information of children under 14 without the consent of their parents nor sell or lease any information of users.
